  I get seated instantly, being told that the waiter will be with me in a minute. He then proceeds to unpack stock. Perhaps if I had a menu, then his actions would be a bit more justified. After 5 minutes I stand up to leave, where I am once again told that my waiter will be with me. I didnt think I had to tell someone how to do their job properly by asking for a menu. When I order, he doesn't let me finish and goes to walk away after I order my meal. I didn't even get to tell him how I wanted my coffee as he was already walking away after I said the name of it. Of course, the coffee comes out how I didn't want it and bitter. A busy restaurant with impatient staff. Never again

  Service was okay but the poached eggs were hard (I.e. Not runny) which is very poor form for a poached egg. And I would also expect some froth on a cappuccino- it was basically a flat white with choc on the top! You'd think The Coffee Club would know better. Overpriced for the quality! Never again.

  My fiance and I sat down for breakfast. Took about 5 minutes to decide and then waited a good 10 minutes before deciding to wave someone over as no one seemed to notice we were ready. I asked a waitress as she walked past if we could order and she responded (whilst still walking away) "Yeah, yeah I'll be there soon!" quite abrupbtly. Rude! We won't be eating there again!
